Yes, we can carry your furniture through to your garden provided the route to the garden is clear of tripping hazards and is wide enough to get the furniture through. Please note our delivery team will not take furniture through your house.

As we use third-party couriers for deliveries, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time. You will receive a tracking number, and delivery times will be provided closer to the date.

When shopping in-store, you will select your delivery date at the point of sale. For online orders, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and courier schedules. You will receive an estimated delivery date upon placing your order.

Cushions may appear misshapen after being packed into the storage compartment for delivery. This is normal, and they will regain their shape after a few days of use in the open air.
