What's Covered

Furniture Frames (2 Years)
  • Manufacturing defects in aluminium or steel frames
  • Defects in polyweave rattan material
  • Structural failures under normal use
  • Glass tabletops (breakage due to manufacturing defects)
Cushions and Fabrics (12 Months)
  • Manufacturing defects in cushion materials
  • Seam failures or stitching defects
  • Zipper failures under normal use
  • Excessive fading beyond normal wear

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
Weather damage when not properly covered
Damage from extreme weather events
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
Improper assembly or care
Natural fading due to UV exposure
Damage from use in non-domestic settings

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Send clear photos of the defect or damage, along with your proof of purchase and order number.

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information if needed.

If approved, we'll repair or replace the defective item or provide a refund at our discretion.

Care and Maintenance

To ensure your warranty remains valid and your furniture stays in excellent condition:

  • Clean your furniture regularly with mild soap and water
  • Store cushions in a dry place during winter months
  • Follow all assembly and care instructions provided
  • Start screwing process by hand to avoid cross threading
  • Use protective covers when furniture is not in use
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials
  • Place painted sides on soft, clean surfaces when assembling
  • Never store aluminium frames upside down
